Let’s all keep our outside-facing fences looking good!
  • Non-compliance Letters from Snake RiverSaguaro Canyon Owners employ Snake River HOA to regularly patrol our streets and note issues that are deemed not in compliance with our CC&Rs, and/or are just plain unattractive or unsightly. If you receive a letter and you have already taken care of the issue, simply let them know. Since they do not inspect every day, they won’t know if the issue has been immediately resolved.
The goal is to maintain Saguaro Canyon as the upscale and attractive subdivision that it was always intended to be.
ALL owners in Saguaro Canyon signed agreements that they would do their part to obey the Property Rules and Regulations. Home-owners receiving notices for issues that are NOT tended to timely however will be actioned by the Board.
  • Trailers/RVs/Boat storageThere is a strict 72 hour maximum parking time, on the street or in the driveway, for RVs, Trailers, and Boats.

If you have permanent RV or Trailer storage on your property in mind, you must submit an application to the ACC. Starting in 2017, a new (but stringent) process is in place to attempt to accommodate these residents. Neighbors on all sides must approve, plus various physical requirements apply. Use the "Documents" link at this top of this page to view the form.

IF you notice that a vehicle, RV, Trailer, or Boat has been parked on the street for more than 72 hours, call Meridian code enforcement.

Architectural Control Committee

arch section

Our Saguaro Canyon Subdivision is among the more uniquely attractive and upscale neighborhoods in the area. Many of us chose Saguaro Canyon as our living-place for this very reason. In order to keep our subdivision attractive and inviting, and to maintain and grow our property values, we must all respect and abide by the CC&Rs that set high structural and landscaping standards intended to maintain the high quality look and feel of our community. Changes and upgrades to our properties are allowed, however there is a process by which the desired changes are approved by the Architectural Compliance Committee (ACC).
